Mr Durand is family-man who enjoys being outdoors and adventurous activities such as water skiing, wakeboarding, snowboarding and trail running.

Mr Selepe obtained a BSc degree and a Higher Education Diploma from the University of the Limpopo in 1995 and 1996 respectively. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management as well as a LLB degree obtained from the University of South Africa in 2000 and 2007 respectively. Mr. Selepe was a natural sciences teacher from 1996 to February 2008. He started serving his articles of clerkship with Van Rensburg Incorporated Attorneys in March 2008. Mr. Selepe was admitted as an attorney in 2010 and as a conveyancer in 2013. Mr. Selepe was appointed as a Director in 2015 and specialises in Property Law. Mr. Selepe is a hardworking people’s person with highly developed interpersonal skills.

Justin studied at the University of Pretoria, where he obtained a BSc (Genetics) in 2010 and an LLB in 2013. Justin is a litigation specialist with experience in the fields of Property law, Company law and Family law. He has right of appearance in the High Courts of South Africa. Justin is an avid fisherman and hunter who enjoys the outdoors.

Brenda obtained her LLB in 2010 at the University of Witwatersrand. After her degree she worked in various sectors including Public Prosecution, Non-Governmental Organisations, Training and Facilitation and as a Labour Analyst. In 2015 she joined Van Rensburg Inc where she served her articles and was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.

Elizma Hoffmann obtained her LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg in 2004. Elizma completed her articles in 2006 and was admitted as an Attorney in August 2006. In 2006 she joined CJ Le Roux Inc. at their Randfontein branch and mainly focussed on civil litigation. Elizma was admitted as a conveyancer in January 2008 and practised as an Attorney and Conveyancer with Van Der Meer & Schoonbee Attorneys and Conveyancers and Hengst & McMaster respectively, where she gained vast experience in all aspects of conveyancing and specialised in township development. Elizma was also admitted as a Notary Public in September 2014.

Miss Modisane obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Free State in 2020. She joined the Van Rensburg Incorporated team in 2021 as a Candidate Legal Practitioner, and she now carries on the duties of an Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer. Miss Modisane is a positive person by nature, and she enjoys socializing with her friends and family.

Mr Mashego obtained his LLB degree from the University of Limpopo (UL) in 2014, he was employed as a junior examiner of deeds at the Pretoria Deeds office from June 2015 to January 2022, he served his Practical Vocational Training (PVT) at Van Rensburg Inc from January 2022 to January 2023 and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in February 2023. In his spare time Mr Mashego enjoys watching football and a lekker braai.

Thinus is the head of the Deceased Estates, Wills, and Trusts Department with experience in the administration of estates, drafting of wills, administration of trusts, litigation in deceased and insolvent estates, drafting of commercial agreements, and estate planning. Thinus enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction and spending time with friends and family.
